Using our specialist local knowledge and contacts, we conduct a search on our clients' behalf and make enquiries into suitable off market sites, Working to agreed timescales, we then submit a shortlist of suitable sites matching client requirements and provide recommendations to the client.

Lavery Mitchell will then conduct negotiations on any sites of further interest and submit offer for sites, subject to client agreement. (This may be either unconditional or on a “Subject to Planning” basis, depending on circumstances)

Lavery Mitchell will endeavour at all times resolve any contract / planning issues in a timely manner and see the transaction through to completion, on behalf of our client.
