Once the tenancy agreement has been signed and an inventory conducted, the landlord will assume responsibility for the ongoing rent collection and management of their property.

Rent Collection Service

We understand that some landlords wish to keep a degree of ongoing involvement with their property after the initial letting process has been completed.

Our rent collection service offers the opportunity for a landlord to deal with the day-to-day management of their property whilst leaving the stress of rent collection to the experts.

Property Inventories

A full property inventory and schedule of condition is becoming an increasing vital document for a landlord to possess.

We can ensure a comprehensive report is conducted at the commencement of any tenancy agreement and signed off by the tenant(s). We will use this report as a reference when conducting routine property inspections to ensure that the property is being maintained satisfactorily.

The inventory report will be used as an important piece of evidence should an end of tenancy deposit dispute arise.

EPCs

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) shows the energy performance rating of a building.

It is a legal requirement for all rental properties to have a valid EPC and it must be made available to the tenant.
